Urad Dal Roti is …..

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix them well and knead them in a soft dough using water.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions.
  3. Roll them out in equal circles using whole wheat flour for rolling.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan (tava) and cook each roti till it turns brown on each side.
  5. Serve hot with Roti and enjoy your Urad Dal Roti
