Ingredients

For the Peach Layer
  •  500 Gms Peach
  •  Sugar as per the sweetness of the Peaches
  • For the Butter Layer
  •  50 to 60 Gms. Butter
For the Batter Layer

Method

Preparation:

1.First, take the Peaches to rinse and peel them.

2.Cut them into half to remove the seeds and chop them.

3.Now, take a mixing bowl and combine the sugar and the chopped Peaches.

4.Mix very well and keep it aside.

5.Next, preheat your oven to 190° C or 370° F for about fifteen minutes before baking.

Melting Butter and preparing the Batter:

6.Take a pan and place the Butter to melt on a low heat.

7.Combine the Oats Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt in one bowl and mix well using a spoon or a whisk.

8.Next, add the Cinnamon Powder, Vanilla Extract, grated Nutmeg, and Sugar.

9.Repeat the mixing process.

10.Now, pour 1 cup of Milk.

11.Use a whisk and mix very well with light pressure and bring it all to a medium consistency.

Layering:
12.Take a square baking dish and pour the melted butter.
13.Next, pour the batter on the melted butter.
14.Make sure to avoid mixing, stirring, and shaking.
15.You should even be careful not to tilt the pan.
16.Once done, use a spoon to top the batter evenly with the chopped peaches.
17.If leftover juice is in the Peaches’ bowl, add that also.
18.Cover the pan’s surface with the peaches and sugar mix.
19.Make sure not to stir or shake the pan or push the peaches into the batter.
Baking the Peach Cobbler:
20.Place the pan in the preheated oven.
21.Bake at 190° C or 370° F for about an hour until the top crust becomes golden and crispy.
22.Once done, remove it from the oven.
23.Now, let it cool down for some time at room temperature.
24.Serve Peach Cobbler as it is or with a side of Vanilla Ice Cream.
