Ingredients

● ½ Tsp. Dwaraka Organic Cumin Powder
● ¼ Tsp. Dwaraka Organic Black Pepper Powder
● 1 pinch Dwaraka Organic Chili Powder
● 1 to 2 pinches Dwaraka Organic Garam Masala
● 250 grams Button Mushrooms
● ¾ to 1 cup Onions, thinly sliced
● 2 to 3 Green Chilies
● 2 Tbsp. Oil
● 1 or 2 Tbsp. Coriander Leaves, chopped
● Salt as per taste

Method

  • Rinse the mushrooms in water for several times.
  •  Trim the bottom part of the stalks and discard these.
  •  Chop the mushrooms.
  •  Next up, thinly slice the onions and slit the green chilies.
  •  Now, take a pan and heat some oil.
  •  Once heated, add the onions and sauté till they become light golden.
  •  Keep stirring occasionally.
  • Then add the green chilies and sauté for about a minute.
  • Now is the time when you add the chopped mushrooms and stir.
  • Once mixed, add all the ground spices and salt as per taste.
  • Sauté the mushrooms till the time they shrink in size and discharge water.
  • You have to continue cooking until all the water evaporates and oil can be seen in the mixture.
  • Sauté till the mushrooms turn light golden.
  •  Once the mixture is dry, add coriander leaves, stir, and cook for a minute.
  • After that, switch off the heat and let it settle.
  •  Serve Mushroom Fry hot, preferably with roti, bread, or dinner rolls.
