Ingredients

Method

  1. Take all the ingredients and combine them in a bowl.
  2. Add 3/4 cup of water to it and mix well till a batter of pouring consistency is formed.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful amount of the batter onto the pan.
  5. Spread it around the pan in a circular motion.
  6. Cook until both sides turn Golden Brown in color.
  7. Repeat the last few steps to make more chillas.
  8. Serve the delicious Jowar and Tomato Chilla hot along with the ketchup.
