Method

  1. Take a pan, put ghee and sooji, sauté till it turns light brown on a medium flame.
  2. Now put the mixed nuts and fry them for five mins.
  3. Put the jaggery powder and stir until it melts.
  4. Once melted, add water slowly and stir continuously.
  5. Add milk and stir for another five mins.
  6. Put off the heat as soon as you see the ghee on the sides of the pan.
  7. Garnish with freshly-powdered green cardamom and some extra mixed nuts.
  8. Serve hot!
