Ingredients

Method

  1. Add Dwaraka Organic Chili Powder, Coconut, Green Chilies, Cumin Seeds, and 4-5 Tablespoons of water in a grinding jar.
  2. Grind till it becomes a smooth paste, and don’t make a thick paste.
  3. Soak the veggies in lukewarm water with a pinch of Dwaraka Organic Turmeric Powder and Salt for about 30 minutes.
  4. Cut the vegetables into thin slices while washing them in running water.
  5. Heat a pan and add the remaining water.
  6. Wait till it boils.
  7. Now, add the sliced vegetables, turmeric powder, and salt.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. After the vegetables are cooked well, add the paste you made initially.
  10. Add it to the pan and mix with the vegetables.
  11. Cover it with a lid and let it cook to absorb the paste.
  12. Add Dahi to the pan and toss it well with the vegetables
  13. Let it cook for some time and then pour into a bowl.
  14. Garnish with Dwaraka Organic Coconut Oil and some curry leaves.
  15. Serve hot.
