Ingredients

Method

  1. Take the bread slices, and tear them into small pieces.
  2. Add it to a mixing bowl.
  3. Add carrots, onions, mint and coriander leaves, and ginger.
  4. Then mix the spices, salt and chillies and sprinkle some water.
  5. Then mix it up well enough to make a fine dough.
  6. Add some Dwaraka Rice Flour.
  7. Once the dough is fine and stiff, divide it into portions.
  8. Make round balls out of those portions and flatten them out.
  9. Keep them aside on a plate and make sure that they are thin.
  10. Heat up some Dwaraka Sunflower Oil in a pan.
  11. Once it is hot enough, fry the bread vada.
  12. Flip them over and fry properly until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
  13. Transfer the fried bread vadas into a kitchen tissue and let the oil get soaked out.
  14. Serve hot with some sauce or chutney and relish it.
