Method

  1. Take the two cups of chopped bhindi and keep them aside after steaming for 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the curd, coriander powder, chana besan, chilli powder, and salt with 2 Tsp. water.
  3. Once done, keep it aside.
  4. Take a nonstick pan and heat some sunflower oil.
  5. Now add the yellow mustard seeds, cumin whole, fennel whole, curry leaves, and asafoetida.
  6. Wait for the seeds to crackle.
  7. Once that happens, you have to add the curd mixture and the steamed bhindi to bring it all to a boil.
  8. Let it simmer for about a duration of 3 to 4 minutes.
  9. Once done, you can serve it hot after garnishing it with coriander.
