 For Making Methi Thepla With Multigrains

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and knead it into a semi-soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions.
  3. Roll them flat, thin or thick depending on your choice.
  4. Put ½ tsp of Sunflower oil on the heated non-stick pan.
  5. Cook each rolled-out dough on both the sides till they’re golden brown.
  6. Serve Multigrain Methi Thepla hot with desi ghee or pickle.
