Method

  1. Rinse Sabudana until water runs clear. Soak the rinsed Sabudana in 1 cup water for 40 mins to it. Drain it and set it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
  3. Add diced potatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes stirring often until potatoes are almost cooked.
  4. Add raw peanuts and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add green chilies, curry leaves and cook for a minute.
  6. Add the drained sabudana, season with salt; mix until well combined.
  7. Cook until sabudana pearls become translucent.
  8. Add cilantro and toss to combine.
  9. Serve it hot with chilled yogurt.
