Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the Dwarka Organic Sooji Coarse in a kadhai and dry roast for about 4-5 minutes (stir occasionally)
  2. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in another kadhai.
  4. Then add mustard seeds.
  5. When the seeds start crackling, add curry leaves, urad dal, and green chilies.
  6. Saute them for a few seconds on medium flame.
  7. Then add the onions and saute well for about a couple of minutes.
  8. Add 3 cups of hot water and salt.
  9. Once it boils, add the roasted sooji.
  10. Mix it well and then cover it with a lid.
  11. Stir occasionally while you let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  12. Add some lemon juice and continue stirring for about a minute.
  13. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
